They are controlled and owned by Scott trust limited and they have liberal values

Press freedom and regulation question: What is meant by 'a free press'? When The Guardian newspaper investigated (and revealed) what The News of The World newspaper had done to get stories, what big changes in press regulation resulted?

Press opportunity shows that the press are the most opinionated of all the 'old' media. Papers can battle on policy centered issues and writers are required to be very condemning of people with significant influence. After a long mission by The Guardian, as having hacked the voice messages of a youthful homicide casualty so that her folks thought she was as yet alive. This 'hacking outrage' prompted the Leveson Inquiry into the way of life, practices and morals of the press.

So what is meant by a 'free press'? Free to do what? Your English is rather muddled answering the second question. What changed in the press regulation?
Are you clear on convergence?
Active audiences: although audiences cannot contribute articles, they can respond on the online platforms like Twitter
